Day 133: Fingers Crossed

Standard

Day 133. May 12, 2012

It’s Mother’s Day weekend. And once again the sun has come out from behind the clouds to bring warmth and happiness across the land. Last year I made a surprise visit home for mama, which was quite a success. But this year I’m stuck in Eugene working on my 3-D wood sculpture. I get to work on the concrete “deck”-ish area outside my studio, so it’s not too bad. Only problem is I don’t know if my project is due Monday or Wednesday. Monday means I don’t get to enjoy too much time out at Jered’s house with his family, but Wednesday….Wednesday = procrastination. Which we all know I love. Finger crossed for Wednesday.
